Front-End Web Engineer

Who we are.

We are an early-stage startup in the FinTech space. We have built a digital platform – Lasso – that helps individuals quickly build meaningful financial plans for life’s important goals and easily match with an expert – financial advisors – who can help make them successful. We believe that financial advice shouldn’t be hard to give or to get. Our mission is to lower the barriers on both sides, creating more access to financial planning and advice and setting up more effective, efficient conversations around financial goals.

We are looking to build out our team with individuals who can help us continue to execute on our platform which launched in late 2021.

What's the position?

We're looking for Front-end web engineers to join our engineering team. Our front-end is built on React and GraphQL and talks to a backend written in Python/Django.

This Remote position is open to individuals currently living and authorized to work in the United States.

Ideal candidates will.

• Be passionate about and accomplished in building web applications in React and GraphQL
• Be highly collaborative and love participating in code reviews and discussions about architecture and design
• Be knowledgeable about design patterns and testability
• Have strong intellectual curiosity. We are looking for partners to make it easier for individuals to grow wealth by putting more expertise inside the product and service.
